She knew she could, so she did…

What is your Inspiration and Motivation?

What do you look forward to everyday?

What don’t you look forward to everyday?

What is one thing you can change about yourself?

What don’t you like about yourself?

What do you like about yourself?

What are you looking forward to in your future?

What is one thing that you can leave behind?


So many questions to answer. Where do you even start? Day 1 is here! And then every day after that!

Try this little trick – (I have done) and it works!

Take a calendar with big blocks for each day and for Six Weeks write down the following:

· On the first week write down something that inspires and motivates you each day for the week.

· On the second week write down something that you look forward to each day for the week.

· On the third week write down something you want to change about yourself each day for the week. (Something you know you can achieve)

· On the fourth week write down something that you like about yourself each day for the week. (This should be easy!) 😊

· On the fifth week write down something that you are looking forward to in the future each day for the week.

· And on the sixth week write down something that you can leave behind each day for the week. (A memory, An item, A person, A thought, etc.)

I promise you by the end of the sixth week, you will feel like a new person! You will be rejuvenated, inspired, and motivated again to start or stay on your health happiness journey! What is Health Happiness you ask?

It is everything! Your mental well-being, your physical well-being, and your spiritual well-being.

It’s Fall – time to clean out all your old stuff and bring in all the new stuff that you actually need and want in your life!


Just give it six weeks to the new you! I promise, six weeks is all you need for a quick jumpstart on your journey!
