Southwest Crock Pot Beef Stew



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Beef Stew

  • 1 Can (28 oz.) Chopped peeled tomatoes

  • 1 Medium onion, chopped

  • 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 1 Can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 Can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped

  • 1 orange pepper, chopped

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

Directions:

  1. To your Crockpot add all the ingredients. Stir to fully combine together.

  2. Cook on Low setting for 5 hours. (Or until beef is cooked through and tender)

  3. Serve plain or over rice!
