Time For Happiness and Cheer! Happy New Year!

How will you bring in this new year “2021”?
Thank Goodness last year is finally over! What a year it has been!
Some of us would just like to forget last year all together! But if we truly did, we would have lost a whole year of our lives! No matter how horrible it was there is always, always one thing to be thankful for!
We are still alive, and we can still live the life we always wanted! Today is the first day of the rest of our lives! It is a new year. It is a time for new beginnings!
No more 1st of the year resolutions! We have so many resolutions from past years to fulfill yet, there is no more room for anymore. I am gonna just focus on what I said I was going to do last year and the year before and the year before that.
To stay in my health happiness zone for myself and my family! No new resolutions for me! Happy New Year to ME! Happy New Year to YOU!
What are resolutions anyways? Just a list we make and tell ourselves every year we are going to achieve, and then the end of the year comes and maybe we will have crossed off one or more, but truthfully, we never achieve reaching and accomplishing them all.
And then we just get depressed thinking about all that we didn’t do last year. Why not instead make a list of what we already have achieved over the past year(s)?
Let’s just check off what we already accomplished!
Focus on all of our achievements and little goals we reached. Focus on how we can improve on those goals or find new ways to achieve them and feel even better!
Focus on Improvements, not on what we didn’t do at all. I mean we all know what didn’t work right? So why not focus on what “DID” work?
Start the year off on the best foot ever! No looking back, just looking forward to the best year ever!
We can do this! Another New Year – Yes!
Another new beginning for us all – I can’t wait to get started!
