Ingredients:
1 15 oz. can great northern beans or butter beans
1 15 oz. can black pitted olives
Leftover corn on the cob kernels (2 cobs)
1 cup cubed ham
1 medium cucumber
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 medium red onion
Salt, pepper
Home-made Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 T sugar
Salt, pepper
Directions:
Chop and Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over veggies and ham in the bowl. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
Stir and Serve!
