Ingredients:
· ¾ Cup boiling water
· 1 pkg. (4 oz.) sugar free gelatin (your favorite flavor)
· Ice cubes
· ½ Cup cold water
· 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a bowl at least 2 minutes, until dissolved.
Add enough ice cubes to the cold water to measure 1 cup.
Add to the gelatin and stir until thickened. Add yogurt and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or until set) or overnight. (I left mine overnight)
* Note : First picture is with strawberry Gelatin and strawberry Greek yogurt. Second picture is Lime Gelatin and Plain Greek Yogurt.
You could also make Banana gelatin with Banana Greek Yogurt. Lemon gelatin with lemon Greek yogurt. The possibilities are endless!
