Yogurt Fluff

Ingredients:

· ¾ Cup boiling water

· 1 pkg. (4 oz.) sugar free gelatin (your favorite flavor)

· Ice cubes

· ½ Cup cold water

· 1 Cup plain yogurt

· ½ tsp vanilla


Directions:

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in a bowl at least 2 minutes, until dissolved.

  2. Add enough ice cubes to the cold water to measure 1 cup.

  3. Add gelatin and stir until thickened. Add yogurt and vanilla and stir.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or until set) and Enjoy!
