
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff 1 Cup lime, orange, strawberry or raspberry sherbet, softened 2 Cups thawed cool whip 19" prepared chocolate or graham cracker crust
Directions:
Combine cream cheese & Fluff into a mixer and mix at medium speed (or place all in a blender) until well blended.
Add sherbet and mix well. Add cool whip last.
Pour into crust and freeze until firm - 1 to 2 hours.
* Hint * I used raspberry sherbet, lite cool whip, lite cream cheese and a chocolate cookie cracker crust*
Very refreshing for a sizzling summer day dessert!
