Just Breathe.

Relax, Renew, Revive.

Just inhale and exhale.

Take a moment.

Go to that safe place in your mind.

It's only a temporary set back. It's not permanent. It's not a repeated mistake. It's just a learning experience.

You can start over anytime that you want.

Just Breathe.

Everything will be o.k. Just let it be. Forgive yourself and forget. Move on. It was just a bad day, not a bad life. It's not going to last. Let it be over. Start again.

How many times have we think we failed and want to throw in the towel? When it gets hard, why do we want to quit? Anything worth having, especially our health happiness is worth fighting for, so why do we always give up when we are so close?

Putting ourselves down, or blaming others is what we do sometimes. We are our number one saboteurs!

So we messed up one day, or two, or all week. So what? Does it mean we quit for good? Heck, No! We pick up the pieces, we deal with our sabotage, we gain control again, and we focus on starting again.

It is a cycle we put ourselves through over and over again. Is it necessary? Is it healthy? Yes and No. If we never allow ourselves to fail, we will never learn to succeed.

Oxymoron? Yes. But in order to achieve our goals, and allow ourselves to feel better about the mistakes and setbacks we make, we have to just allow ourselves to just breathe.

Take a deep breath, learn, try new things and start again.

It's a new day! If what you were working on before was a failure, why do the same thing over and over and expect different results?

Just take a pause and listen to what your body is telling you. Allow yourself to try new things. If one plan is not working for you, try something new or different. What works for other people, may just not be what you need or what works for you.

Accept that some things just are not meant for you. Allow yourself to heal. Give yourself some space and breathing room.

Just Breathe.

It's what you need to do for yourself right now.

Just Breathe.

Do what makes you happy.

Just Breathe.

Find what your passion is and go for it.

Just Breathe.

Ask for help if needed.

Just Breathe.

Don't feel as if you need to do it by yourself.

Just Breathe.

Starting again, never felt so good.

Just Breathe.

Inhale, Exhale.

Heal, Start again and just breathe.
