Chocolate Brownie Trifle Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 Box of your favorite brownie mix 
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened 
- 3 Cups cold milk 
- 1 (3.9 oz.) package instant chocolate pudding mix 
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 
- 1 chocolate bar 
- ½ bag (10 oz.) of mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels 
- Red & green sugar crystals for holiday decoration, optional* 
Directions:
- Make the brownies according to the package directions. Cool completely and then cut into 1-inch squares. Set aside. 
- Beat the cream cheese in an electric mixer. Add the milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. 
- Fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated into the filling. 
- Place ½ of the brownie squares at the bottom of a trifle bowl, or glass bowl; top with ½ of the filling. Sprinkle ½ of the chocolate chips on top and then using a shaver or vegetable peeler shave ½ of the chocolate bar on top. Repeat with the remaining brownies, filling, chocolate chips and shavings. 
- For the holidays – sprinkle red & green sugar crystals on top (* optional) 
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours or overnight. 
(if overnight – sprinkle the red & green crystals on top the next day)
