I am what I am...

And being you is just fine! There is no other you, so stop trying to be something or someone you are not!

Find your own self-esteem again!

  • Recognize what you're good at. We're all good at something!

  • Build positive relationships. Get rid of your negativity.

  • Be kind to yourself. That person in the mirror is beautiful and wonderful.

  • Learn to be assertive. Get what you want and go where you want to be.

  • Start saying "no" and actually mean it! Don't give in.

  • Give yourself a challenge. Accept the win.

  • Stop comparing yourself to others. Everyone has their own story.

  • Stop belittling yourself. You can do anything you put your mind to.

  • Use positive self-affirmations. I am, therefore I will be!

  • Surround yourself with positive, supportive people. Find your tribe.

  • Dwell on your positive qualities. You have so many – focus on one at a time!

  • Give back. Give more than you take.

  • Pay attention to self-care. You are worth it, so show it, be it.

  • Accept who you are. There is only one you.

  • Get moving and stay active. Exercise is a great stress reliever!

  • Welcome mistakes as part of growth. Learn from what you fail at.

  • Remember to forgive yourself often. Don't live in the past. Remain in the present.

  • Focus on what you can change. Make it happen!

  • Do what makes you happy. No one else can do it for you.

  • Celebrate the small stuff. Small victories are a great way to start feeling better about yourself.

  • Be a friend to someone. Being nice to other people will not only boost their mood, but it will also make you feel pretty good about yourself too.

It’s so easy to get hung up on all the things that are out of your control, but it won’t achieve much. Instead, try to focus your energy on identifying the things that are within your control and seeing what you can do about them.

You are who you are. You just need to find yourself again and gain control of your life and your self-esteem.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind”. Dr. Seuss

You are so worth it! Find your own health happiness path and try not to stray. If you do, just read above over and over again.
